Guacamole

A few years ago I went to the lovely land of Mexico! So, a few weeks ago when Laura asked me to do a guest post on my favourite holiday place.. I knew Mexico was numero uno. Read a bit about it here if you like :)


Here I am marvelling at the old agave plant in the town of Tequila! Hahaha, oh dear..

    Mexico is one of those places that I have always thought about visiting but was never really sure. Your photos make it look great though - especially love that their food isnt as cheesy as it seems to be made everywhere else, too much cheese can overpower all the other yummy tastes.
